I’m Lori, and my journey has been anything but linear. I’ve explored fields like project management, tourism, design and mindfulness, each shaping how I see the world and approach design. I am passionate about creating a functional, intentional, and welcoming space that truly reflects the people living in it.

Home, to me, is more than just how a space looks; it’s how it makes you feel. It’s the quiet comfort of natural textures, the light that shifts through the day, and the pieces you’ve gathered over time that carry a sense of story. I’m drawn to design that’s thoughtful but never overdone, layered but never loud. Whether I’m styling a room, making a simple meal, or walking a mountain trail, I try to move through life with intention, leaving space for comfort, character, growth, and a little everyday awe.
Today:
Tim and I have two university-age sons, Ben and Sam, and we’re adjusting to life as empty nesters. From our home in Alberta, we’ve always found inspiration in the nearby mountains, their stillness, their strength, and the sense of peace they bring. Over the years, I’ve grown to love spaces that feel just like that: calm, lived-in, and full of character. With a background in design and project management, I see our home as both a creative outlet and a place to land gently.
